At the rate Uakari's going, Fai definitely needs some love from other people XD I suppose personally, I'm more on Kurogane's side than Fai's, because I know how it feels when someone starts talking about things like this - there's a huge responsability that settles on you to do whatever you think is right, and sometimes what you do, or don't do, will end up making a huge difference. Kurogane's not ready for that, and Fai doesn't really understand what telling Kurogane would do, beyond perhaps taking some weight off of his chest and putting it on Kurogane's instead.
I do think Fai has every right to feel betrayed here though, since having a friend - a best friend, even - refuse to listen, when he said he would, pretty much destroys the basis of a friendship like theirs.
(I'm not sure if all of that made sense or if it was even right (I'm always a bit upset when I have to reread my own chapters and try to retrace my thoughts XD) so I hope you'll forgive the long ramble?)
